Returns
We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags intact
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp. Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The return address will be shared after your return request is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return. Any such exclusions will be mentioned on the product page.
